1.concept & finishes
A collation of inspiration images, design ideas & details for each area of your space.
This stage visually captures the design direction we landed on in our initial consultation.
Alongside this, we present you with a range of physical finish sample options for consideration as we work together to narrow down to our finishes selection.
2. design development
With a strong Concept locked in and Finishes selected, we move on to building up your key design elements in 3D - wet areas, joinery details and visual representation of fixtures and finishes.
This stage allows our clients to see their spaces come to life and easily visualise how specific design elements work to meet their aesthetic aspirations and functional spatial requirements.
3. documentation
Every aspect of your design is documented into detailed construction drawings and schedules – this comprehensive package is handed to your builder or project team to support accurate costings and construction.
All wet area details, custom joinery drawings, dimensions necessary for construction, finishes selection and fitting/fixtures selection are captured clearly and concisely for trades to easily interpret and execute.
4. furniture & styling
Curation of a cohesive furniture & styling package to suit the scale, layout, and style of your project.
Selection and sourcing of furniture, rugs, and décor - including cushions and styling items.
Receive access to trade discounts and have procurement, ordering and delivery coordination taken care of.
construction consultation
Consultation is available throughout the entire construction of your project.
Our design team works closely with your project manager, builders and/or specific trades to facilitate the accurate execution of the documented design.
Consistent liaison & site visits throughout the construction process ensures the end result is exactly as proposed and envisaged.
